What printing materials do you use?

I use high-quality cotton art papers that are certified for archivability and have a large color gamut and high image definition. My inks are archival and have great color fidelity.

Are custom sizes and larger sizes available?

Yes, please email info@andreafremiotti.com for a quote.

How do you ship?

I travel often for work, so please allow 2 weeks for your order to ship. You will receive an email when your package is on its way.

My default shipping service is USPS Priority with insurance that covers your order’s value. Express shipping and other shipping services are available on request. Prints are protected with plastic sleeves, and I recommend you leave them inside until framing. I pack prints flat with rigid cardboard or rolled in tubes, depending on size.

What are your exchange and refund policies?

If your print arrives defective or was damaged in transit, I will replace it for free or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. Within 7 days of order receipt, please notify me of the problem and send photos of the damage to info@andreafremiotti.com. Sorry, but I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons.

Do you offer design trade discounts?

Yes, I give discounts to design professionals making purchases for clients. Please email info@andreafremiotti.com to discuss your project.
